I saw this about a year ago on the news and it has to be one of the coolest toys I have ever seen! It’ is a remote controlled air balloon made in a shape of fish or shark. It moves in a way just like real fish do. From what I have seen in the video, you might be able to move the fish balloon up and down as well. I just saw an instruction video from YouTube. You just need to follow the video and it will teach you how to put one together. You do need to buy helium gas from the store though. I also checked the price from ebay, seems like you can get one between $15-$30. Not too expensive. I bet your kids or friends will love it!
